Opis
If you are looking to spend your holidays with family and friends in a quite, intimate and private surrounding Villa is the perfect place for you.
The Villa is built on a private solitary lot located 80m from the nearest neighbor surrounded by a pine tree forest.
The Villa is located 200 m from the centre of the community and waterfront and 300 m from the closest beach.
It is a 100 m2 one storey house built on a 720m2 site. There are two double bed rooms, two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bath tub and a large living area consisting of a beautiful and modern kitchen, dining area and family room.
We have provided a LCD TV, DVD player, stereo system, satellite antenna, air conditioner for the entire space, a stove, fridge and freezer, washing machine, hair dryer, barbeque with all accessories and deck chairs and bed with umbrella.
The site on which the Villa stands is fully landscaped and at the entry way there is a large driveway area providing ten parking places.
At the north side of the Villa there is a 40m2 terrace with sitting furniture and a large outdoor barbecue. The south side of the Villa also has a 70m2 terrace and an in ground swimming pool (7m X 3m X 1.6m)
